Thank you for shopping with Georgia Glow Candle Co. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damaged Items / Lost, Stolen or Delayed Items

We carefully package each order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Once your order has been shipped, Georgia Glow Candle Co is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
